Cancellation & Return Policy

Colimus believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Return Policy.


If you cancel your order before it get shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you want to cancel an order after shipping, you have to wait till the packet reaches you. Once the order get delivered, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs. 


We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. But in some exception, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 48 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers.

All products carry guarantee/warranty from manufacturer wherever applicable or provided by manufacturer.

The defective or damaged product will be replaced, or your complete money will be refunded to you.

In case the customer doesn’t like the product or would like to return / replace it, then customer has to bear return shipment cost.


Refund can be made in two modes.

1. As store credit in your account with Colimus. This can be used to make payment in your next purchase. This is our default refund mode. Payments made through Money Order, Money Transfer, Demand Draft and Cheques will be refunded only through this mode.

2. Back to Source. Money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Customers who used our digital payment gateway can request refund through this mode.

Once you request cancellation or return stationery items, Colimus will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund within 3 days, depending on your refund preference.
